My personal yoga and meditation journey began in 2001 by experimenting with various styles and practices before concentrating studies in Kundalini Yoga at Golden Bridge Yoga with Gurmukh, Tej, Harijiwan and Gurushabd. I became certified as a Kundalini Yoga Teacher, and also as a Prenatal Yoga Teacher.
After receiving an introduction to Gong Playing with Gong Master Harijiwan, I advanced into deeper layers of Gong Mastery, with Master Gong Avatar Sotantar Suraj at the Gong Avatar Academy.
Through the many years under the guidance of Sotantar, I embarked into deeper studies and explorations of Self and Gong Mastery, founding the Gong Avatar Academy Miami and leading GAA trainings for seven years.
My years of explorations brought me into deep dives of Sound and Vibrational Healing, Tantra, Self-remembrance, and Mysticism.
As an Osho Sannyasin, I found profound guidance in Osho’s teachings. His teachings and love transcend time and space and ignite in me. It was through the personal guidance of Videha and his devoted practice and long time experience as a guide on the Path that I began exploring Sufi and Zen practices and the unique combination of these two practices which Videha developed called Sufi-Zen. His guidance also brought me to deeper explorations of some Tibetan practices such as Guru Yoga, Tonglen, Dream Yoga and teachings of the Bardo.
The path of Feminine Alchemy is interwoven in many of the already mentioned practices. I have been in Sadhana practice of Embodied Mythology and Shakta Tantra through the teachings of Chameli Ardagh at the Awakening Women Wisdom School for almost a decade. I also entered explorations of the Feminine Path from a more Shamanic approach through the New Earth Medicine Woman master program and teachings of Malieokalani Urrutia, also becoming a co-facilitator of the teachings at The Sacred Woman School
I have been a Reiki Master for almost two decades, certified by the International Center for Reiki Training, and an Integrated Energy Therapy Advanced Practitioner certified by the Center of Being.
My Path also brought me to become a NAMA certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and I also studied Marma Therapy, Aromatherapy and Crystal healing.
I am a lover and student of Evolutionary Astrology and an eternal student of Life.
